Get an email when ADU fees change where you’re building
Pick your places. When a city adopts a new fee schedule or the state changes the rules, we send one short email with the new figure, the date and the official source. No newsletter, no ads.
You’re confirmed. Thank you! Your ADU fee alerts are on. We’ll email you only when an official fee schedule or state rule changes for the places you picked. Every email has an unsubscribe link.

What happens to your email
When signups are open, your email address and the places you pick go to Kit (ConvertKit), our email provider, which emails you a link to confirm. We don’t store your address ourselves, and our analytics record only that a signup happened and which places were picked, never your email. You can unsubscribe from any alert email.
An alert goes out only after we’ve read the official document and a person has approved the email.

Each place has an Atom feed of its changes, and the all-places feed covers everything.
